Hello, my name is Vinita Dillon, owner of Butter Up. I grew up in Maryland, and eventually married a service member. My interest in hair and skin care products began as a young girl. It fascinated me to see my mother and grandmother mix and create homemade hair and skin care products from natural ingredients. While traveling to other countries, and living abroad, my interest in natural skin and hair care products continued. This broadened my knowledge of other cultures and their techniques in creating natural products. Butter Up, LLC, was established in 2013.

Butter Up products are made from natural and organic ingredients, to include: shea butters, natural oils, essential oils, fragrance oils, botanicals, dead sea salts, minerals and sugars. Shea Butters (Butyrospermum Perkeii) used in Butter Up’s body butters, hair oils, beard oils, and bath products made using 100% African Shea Butter extracted from the seed of the African Karite Tree. Shea butter contains essential vitamins that are crucial in moisturizing and rejuvenating the skin. It has therapeutic properties that protect and stimulate skin cells. NO more melting that hard shea butter!
